You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used. This includes personal care products.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will make it right as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
